Things to understand about this property. What you see from the roads is not the reason I leased it, it's what you can't see. A lot of great hunting spots are hidden, but there are plenty of spots to hunt all over the property depending on your hunting style.

Property Update

If your familiar with San Pedro Bay area, that entire part of Florida is really wet and what most would consider a great big swamp with some dry areas here and there, but very much so huntable and now that we have mostly recovered from last two hurricanes, if willing to put in the effort to scout, setup feeders and plots, the property does have a lot to offer. With such a low person to acre ratio, plenty of room compared to other clubs. Timber company and members did an incredible amount of work on our roads (clearing and widening), as well as opening up new roads, It's simply amazing. For those that are already familiar with the property, it's simply not the same anymore. Very excited about years to come.
