• Membership starts June 1 and ends May 31 each year.
• Lease manager reserves the right to terminate membership at any time for breaking any rule.
• Yearly membership dues are $1500 per year and due by May 15th each year.
• Membership includes one household member (spouse and children under the age of 16 years old).
• Additional single (non-household member) guest per visit is allowed.
• Member must be on property with guest at all times.

Weather permitting, I plan to visit the property for first time tomorrow morning (7/5) so more updates to come.

Property is located in Madison County (Zone C) Florida, which is 16 miles NE of Perry and 6 miles South of I10 and 6 miles off Hwy 53 (Tower Road) North of Day city.

Being a new club, members will establish the rules based on majority rule vote. Lease owner has final say in all rules.

Currently no, but working with timber company to get permission to establish one. Timber company does charge a camper/structure fee of $500/per so take that into considering if going to take a camper out more than just a weekend.

Note: There is no power or water at property. 

Note: Campsite area will be completely available to and maintained by members.

Completely up to members to do what they do best, make there spots their own. All unclaimed areas are available until claimed.
