I have not even visited the property yet, so leased it sight unseen, but current satellite images show it's got potential for a small group of dedicated members that are willing to put in a little work to scout and setup spots. Once we have 6 members, we will establish the rules together with majority vote but keeping them simple.

Primitive Camp

There is no water or power.

Timber/Management Company

They due charge fees for campers/structures so gathering that info and will post but I believe it's $300-$500/yr for each so keep that in mind if your planning to keep a camper onsite as they do check time to time. Structure is sheds, buildings, etc.
