Our Mission

You might be asking what's up with the name. Well, pretty much all property in that part of the state is just that, wet and soggy (at times), but the Deer, Hogs and Turkeys love it. That's what makes it so appealing and a great place to hunt.

I have lived in and hunted Florida my entire life (58+ years), so have more than a little knowledge about Florida wildlife and hunting. I leased the property so I could have a place to go hunting anytime I wanted and not have other hunters all over me. After seeing how massive the property really is, I decided to allow a few others enjoy the same benefits. The club is a simple member ran club whereas some basic rules are set, then all members have the property to do as they wish to make there hunting experience what they want it to be.

• We are going to offer 6 memberships. Initially only going to fill 5 spots then evaluate if able to support another.
• Memberships start June 1 and end May 31 each year.
• Yearly membership dues are $1500 per year and due no later than May 15th each year or risk losing your spot.
• Additional $500 per camper or structure added to membership.
• Memberships include one hunting guest per visit. Additional family and friends are welcome but must not be hunting.
• Each member may request a Doe tag which can be used at any time during deer seasons, but issuance depends on Doe population on property and at club managers descension.
• Member must be on property with guest at all times.
• Leasee reserves the right to terminate memberships at any time if any rules are broken or if disrespectful to other members and/or guest on property. No refunds will be provided.
