We usually have a few spots open up each year for a variety of reasons, so starting April 1, we start list of those wanting memberships and if openings occur, we contact in order received, but we ready to commit as we don't hold spots.
Property visits will be scheduled by appointment only and only after lease is renewed in late April (early May). Use "Contact Us" form.
Property is located in Taylor County, as part of San Pedro Bay which is 10 miles NE of Perry and 18 miles NW of Mayo.
Each member gets two spot/areas. Any unclaimed areas on property can be claimed on a first come first gets basis. All stands must be a minimum of 250 yards from another members stands unless agreed upon by nearest stand holder.

Yes. Members all have access to anything that is pre-existing like the well pump (water), bathroom/shower facility, game processing structure (two skinning racks) and a few small, enclosed structures.
Note: Campsite area will be completely available to and maintained by members.
Every July, all members will discuss and vote on upcoming seasons rules and requested changes, including game management.
Click on "Pictures" above. Northern Florida has been devastated by hurricanes this past two years but we are seeing a lot of deer, turkey and hogs back so very excited about that. The pictures on website are just those from my personal game cameras but there are a lot of other pictures of game from other members cameras. For members privacy, I DO NOT post or share pictures of members cameras or harvest. If members want to share with others, you can ask them once a member.
Completely up to members to do what they do best, make there spots their own. All unclaimed areas are available until claimed.
